SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped from Viking PPG within 1-2 business days, using USPS or UPS. Larger special order items such as the PPG Carrier usually ship from Viking PPG, using UPS or FedEx, usually within 2-4 weeks. Prior to placing your order for the larger items you will be in contact with you will be informed of the anticipated date of shipment and delivery.

You will see the shipping costs once you begin the checkout process via the online store, or as you are in contact with a member of our team for larger purchases. Typically we ship only to the contiguous 48 states, but special arrangements can be made.

If an item does not arrive in the condition expected, goes missing, or has a delivery exception, contact info@vikingppg.com as soon as possible to get the issue resolved.

RETURN POLICY
It is the intention of Viking PPG that our customers are fully satisfied with our products. To initiate a return, simply call us or email info@vikingppg.com with your order number and we will help you as quickly as possible. You may return items for a full refund, minus credit card fees and return shipping costs.
