SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped from Viking PPG within 3-4 business days, using USPS or UPS. 

You will see the shipping costs once you begin the checkout process via the online store. Typically we ship only to the contiguous 48 states, but special arrangements can be made for worldwide shipping.

If an item does not arrive in the condition expected, goes missing, or has a delivery exception, contact info@vikingppg.com as soon as possible to get the issue resolved.

RETURN POLICY
It is the intention of Viking PPG that our customers are fully satisfied with our products. To initiate a return, simply call us or email info@vikingppg.com with your order number and we will help you as quickly as possible. You may return items for a full refund, minus credit card fees and return shipping costs.
